One night deposit required on credit card at the time of booking. 7 days cancellation notice* required with $25.00 processing fee. Less than 7 days, nonrefundable. NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR SHORTENED STAYS.

Deposit requirements for special events, manager's specials and holidays consist of entire balance at time of booking and are non-refundable. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING EVENT DATES, 800-634-0098 Minimum night stay requirements may apply. During events/holidays, deposits for all cancellations are nonrefundable, regardless of date canceled.
Must be at least 21 years of age to book room and check-in.
Check in is 3:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. **Office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call if you will be checking in after 3pm to arrange something with the front desk.**
Rates are based on double occupancy. No charge for up to two children under the age of 12 occupying same room as parents. Additional persons are $15 per day plus tax.
Rooms from the 2nd & 3rd floor have a northeast view of the ocean (1st Floor Limited View).

NOTICE TO GUEST: ONE VEHICLE PARKING PER ROOM. Unregistered vehicles may be towed. This property is privately owned and the right is reserved to refuse service to anyone. The management further reserves the right at all times to terminate tenancy of a guest for reasons the former shall deem objectionable and will not be responsible for loss of money or any articles of any nature whatsoever unless accepted at the office for safe keeping.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR SHORTENED STAYS.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Please do not smoke in guest rooms. If smoking takes place in any room during a guests occupancy, the registered guest WILL BECHARGED A $250 CLEANING FEE. Guests are responsible for any damage done to ta room or to furnishings, including towels and linens, and for any missing items upon vacating the unit.
Guest agree by signing: that any incidental charges such as extra people or pets, additional service charges for damages, such as but not limited to: smoking in a non-smoking room($250), pets in non-friendly rooms ($100) or unwashed dishes ($15), will be billed to the guest's credit card account that is on file.
Resulting charges for additional cleaning, extra people/pets/vehicles, damage or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card, which guest hereby agrees to pay.
