Want to play minature golf? Theres several beautiful minature courses along Hwy A1A and very close to this property. This happens to be a part of the Congo River course...OH, they have live alligators for your viewing pleasure too.
The Boardwalk at the Main Street area is a favorite for tourist and locals. Beautiful sites, shopping, eating and entertainment.
Beach St. in the old downtown area. There are a number of small shops, restuarants, entertainment venues and the beautiful Riverfront Park and Halifax River on the east side of the street.
Want to take a ride in a real NASCAR Race Car. Visit Daytona Speedway and take a 3 lap ride around the track at over 165 mph.
Springbreak on Daytona area beaches. Most beaches have very little increase in use, however the Main St. Pier area seems to be the heart of Springbreak beach lovers.
Biketoberfest is a great time to be in the Daytona Beach area.

A great recreation area.......the mouth of the Halifax/Indian Rivers. Fishing, water sports, beach, and boating.
Peabody Auditorium adjacent to the Ocean Center just 1/2 block off Hwy A1A in the heart of the tourist area. This facility has Sympony Concerts and other featured entertainment venues.
Marine Science Center
Remember Drive-In Theaters! Daytona Beach Shores has a Drive-In Christian Church. Its right on Hwy A1A near the Atlantic Ocean Palms.
Near shore speed boat races occur annually. A beautiful event to watch.
Ponce de Leon at the far South end of Hwy A1A has a dog friendly park, a fishing pier at the North jetty. All this where the the Halifax and Indian Rivers flow into the Atlantic Ocean.
